MY OFFICE TAKES A SNOW DAY

Normally, I like to work while facing my office door. I like to see what's coming. Or who's coming.

But today . . . I flipped around my chair to the other side of the desk.

I'm facing the windows. It's a darker, quieter day.

I am happy.

  1. That's a nice space - I love the bright green. Husband just got me a big iMac to write on and it was blocking the windows so I had to scoot it over.

    1. Thank you! It sounds like you have good windows. :-)

Mine are above eye-level, so something interesting has to be happening in the sky (snow, rain) for the move to be worth it. Hee hee.

  2. I love writing when I can just barely see the underside of the sky. It's a good way to set the stage for what is happening beneath it.

I love your office! So bright and cute. I feel inspired just looking at it!

    1. Oscar Wilde! I also have a postcard of him taped below my light switch, so I can see him no matter which direction I'm sitting. :-D

  4. Your office is so adorable! I love the color of your walls. What's the shade called? Do you use your sewing machine, or is it for decoration? The view outside your window is beautiful. The CA wimp in me couldn't take the cold, though. :P
